Admission Criteria

Our Admission criteria is as follows:

• Funding is agreed for a minimum of six (6) months, please contact us as we may have some emergency accommodation available
• There is an obligation to accommodate and support a young person and funding is available to do so
• There is a need for the Young Person to live independently
• Additional support is required for the Young Person to integrate and participate successfully into the wider community and for them to be able to live independently.

Parent and child placements:

• Moving On can provide placements for parent and child

Applications will be individually risk assessed.
